We produce solid wood doors and PVC/PP doors. The daily output
of solid wood doors is 200sets and that of PVC doors is 600sets (8-hours production), annual output comes to be 400,000 sets. It is ISO9001 certified.
The wood door is composed by 30mm fir or 30mm LVL(Laminated veneer lumber) as core and 4.75mmMDF an
d 0.6mm solid wood veneer with options like cherry, walnut, teak, maple, oak, ash , birch etc. The standard dimension of our wood door is 2050*840*40mm, frame is 90-300mm in width which means the frame can be adjusted by customers easily from 90mm to 300mm.
PVC/PP door is composed by 30mm LVL(Laminated veneer lumber) as core, 4.75mm MDF, PVC/PP coating. The usual dimension
is 2000*690 /740/ 790* 40mm.
Meanwhile we produce specially according to your design and request. The maximum size is 2400m
m*1000mm.
The national standard of formaldehyde is 0.12mg/cube, ours is 0.025mg/cube, that is 1/5of it.
