Suzhou Shuanglin Plastics& Rubber Electronics Co., Ltd is one of 16 subsidiaries of Ningbo Shuanglin Group Co., Ltd, established in 1996, total assets of 140 million RMB, and covered area of 20000 square meters, is a member of China mould association as vice director.

With the most advanced resource management system ERP software, advanced CAD /CAM/CAE net integration system, and UG-III, Pro/E, CIMATRON, Moldflow software.

And about 130 sets in total, 15 sets of imported CNC machines, 6 sets of high precision slow scan equipments and 30 sets of high precision EDM machines, 20 sets of high precision machining equipments, and separate mold try-out machines from 110 tons to maximum 2800 tons, 6 sets of 3D CMM for inspection and measure. And totally 71 plastic injection machine from 50 tonnage to 2800 tonnage.

To be able to design and manufacture various plastic molds and rubber molds, stamping molds from small to the large size, the accuracy can be 0. 003 mm, annual manufacture capability is about 1600 sets.

Our main products consist of computer parts, FBT electronic parts, communication devices, home appliance, auto interior parts etc, plastic injection parts, mould and checking.
