JiangSu Shenghong Chemical Fiber Co; Ltd(SHCF) is a joint venture established by Shenghong Group, the holding company and Macao Sun Kian IP Group in December 2002 SHCF, with the registered capital amounting to 75 million dollars, mainly produces chemical fiber and its raw materials. In March 2003, SHCF started to construct the first phase of chemical fiber project which is to produce polyester (PET) and special fiber.
