Our factory locates inside the Shanghai Huating Industrial Zone. The registered capital With is more than USD 1. 35 million. The area of the factory is up to 17500 Square meters, The total investment is achieve USD 4. 1 million. It owns over 200 labors.

We assemble the product design, the mold manufacture, and the product production in a body.

As one of the first-class enterprises, we make the first-class product. We own more than 50 high-tech equipments, such as imported CNC, digital miller, electrical sparkle, linear cutting and so on. We have 6 sets of full-automatic rotational molding machines in the process center. Our product range includes:
1) We have made around 50 sets of aluminum roto-moulds for various playground toys, and about 200 sets of aluminum moulds for custom molding projects in last several years. 70% of them are supposed to be used in molding products and to be exported to the all over the world, such as the USA, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Russia, Canada, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan (PRC), Belgium and Israel and so on.
2) Custom plastic retooling:
Various plastic parts based on custom designs, including air-blower shells, tool cases, petrol tank, flower planter, water tank for scrubbers, truck roof, stock case for motorcycle, golf equipment case, speaker shell, fenders, and display cases and so on.

We have went through the ISO 9001-2000 international quality system certifacation in 2001. Our company has been one of the members of the first passel Chinese rotational molding association. We are building the cooperation relationship with the rotational molding associations of America, Italy, and Australia.

Now we already made a breakthrough at the mold technology and craft difficult solution, especially in overcoming the mold surface (aluminum mold) pinhole. Our mold surface polishing technique has achieved the stainless steel mirror surface standard; The quality of the rotational moldings has achieved the overseas level. Our rotational moulds widely apply in the airplane, automobile, war industry, chemical industry, gardening, and electrical appliances and so on. Now there are more than 100 enterprises all over the world have built the business relationship with our company.

1, as a mould-maker over 10 years, we especially good at gravity casting mould and aluminum roto-mould.
2, we have the ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden pattern workshop, 4 processing centers, 6 digital linear cutters, 5 digital controlled millers, and so on, are all located in our factory.
3, Many years of working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plastic parts, makes us accumulated experience of handing and resolving various difficulty in structure and accuracy.
4, we have R&D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by pro-engineer, cad, solid works, Epigraphic (meagerly), and Master cam.
5, generally, our lead time in making mould is 35 days.
6, roto-molding OEM service. We have four roto-machines, one of them has three arms and each of which is of 2. 8 meters long and is able to mold products within 2. 5 meters long.
