Stolon Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) is a producer of potato flakes for food industry - gained from the selected eatable varieties of potatoes, produced in Poland and not genetically modified.
The product has received compliments for
many years from customers from national and foreign markets. It's high quality is a result of 116-year experience at production of potato products.
The Company has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2001 for the follo
wing activities: design of production process, production and sale of potato flakes, potato flakes flour and agricultural distillate.
Potato flakes are used in refrigerating industry as a raw material for production of frozen foods such as all sorts
of dumplings, croquettes, potato cutlets etc.
The use of potato flakes for bakery has an impact on improvement of aroma-tas
te properties of products and on natural prolongation of freshness period. The flakes are most commonly used as a substitute of fluffing and preservative chemical agents applied for bakery.
We also would like to inform you that at customer's request
we apply such additives as you wish.
