In the August of 1980, a dynamic and vigorous company, CARBMETAL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. was founded by present president, Mr. Jack J.K. Lin, who had conceived an ambition to set up a well-organized company to fullfill his ideal of more actively devoting his individual part to industry facilitation and development of Taiwan seeing that he had worked for steel & metal industry company for more than twenty-five years which achieved him well-experienced, farsighted and professional in this iron & steel field.

The Company "CARBMETAL" was nominated and initiated by the meaning "CARBON (graphite electrode)" and "METAL (steel & foundry industry)" which also effciently suggests people what products it is dealing at the sight of the company name.

At the beginning of its business performance, CARBMETAL was acting as sales agent only for its foreign suppliers and trading cargoes from worldwide to domestic market of Taiwan. However, by and by as the timing changes, viewing market demand structure CARBMETAL set off to take the position of acting supply principal, I.E., purchasing a large volume of cargo in its hands and distributing the split tonnage to local buyers or exporting to worldwide markets.

In accordance with the high authority's policy, the business promotion and sales of CARBMETAL are proficiently executed by its management team, leaded by general manager Mr. Jason J.H. Lin, which is assembled by the elite from inner organization or though acquisition from outside personnel. As a result of this, it has achieved a brilliant record of turnover US$100,000,000 annually and still keeps growing and expanding.
