Our company specializes in production of series of photosensitive materials of o-diazo-naphthoquinone, including Diazo-2, 1, 4-chloride(CAS 36451-09-9), Diazo-2, 1, 5-chloride(CAS 3770-97-6), Diazo-2, 1, 5-sulfonic acid sodium salt(CAS 2657-00-3), Diazo-2, 1, 4-sulfonic acid sodium salt(CAS 64173-96-2), the polyphenolic photosensitive resins of the printing grade and Diazo-2, 1, 4-chloride(CAS 36451-09-9), Diazo-2, 1, 5-chloride(CAS 3770-97-6) of the electronic grade. These products of the electronic grade can be used to produce the photoresist for integrated circuit and LCD. More than 70% of our products are for export.
