Seller will issue the FCO after received the LOI wit
h authorization
of Soft Probe + Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) to proceed further.

We will not accept any LOIs that are
not accompanied by a BCL.  The
BCL must not be older than 5 business days and must be dated and be
signed by
a bank officer on bank letterhead. The officer's name,
email address and telephone number must beclearly indicated. We wil
l
contact him for verification before issuing any FCO or Draft Contract.
