and our product lines became more extensive with the supply of plastic zippers. The Company won the IV National Gold Brand Award in this year. Since the Company increased its capital again, its registered capitalbecame Eighty Million New Taiwan Dollars.

The Company won the VI National Gold Brand Award, and our President, Mr. Hung was re-elected the fourth Chairman of Taiwan Zippers Association.

Registered capital has been increased up to Five Hundred Fifty Six Million New Taiwan Dollars.
Documentary operation of internal control system was completed. The Company was aggressively promoting to have its stocks sold publicly through OTC. A plan for expanding the plant for 6, 600 square meters was laid down, starting the construction at the end of year. To enrich the human resources, the Company also supported the governments policy to encourage the private enterprise to launch the major investment project for more than Two Hundred Million New Taiwan Dollars.
1998
Registered capital was increased up to Two Hundred Seventy Six Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand New Taiwan Dollars, and the employees of the Company have been invited to join the Company as stockholders. Pre-processing plant for 6, 600 square meters was built and used. Total area of the plant became approximately 13, 700 square meters. The Company won the X National Gold Brand Award.

an ISO-9002 firm. Registered capital has been increased up to Three Hundred Nine Million New Taiwan Dollars. The Company was receiving the counseling service for OTC.

Increasing registered capital to three hundred seventy million and eighty thousand NTD, MAX has invested ninety five million NTD in buying Taipei office located in NeiHu area. Companys stock has been approved to go public by OTC and was actively preparing the Metal zipper production line at the same time.

Horng Dah has become a public company on Mar. 29, 2001. The successful mass production of metal zippers earns an excellent reputation. And we are expanding aggressively our business territory in China.
2002
Start constructing factory in Kun-Shan, China.
