I.C.M. Inc. was established in 1985. Our company owns engineers over 20-year experience in workshops and always devotes to the development and manufacture for automotive diagnostic instruments. In 2000, we released PC-based diagnostic instrument named WIN-STAR for CAN bus diagnosis, and then launched reset tools “MAGUS�& personal diagnostic tool “PASA� Our products have sold worldwide. Currently we are

researching and manufacturing on automotive electronic products.
