Established in 1996, Shenzhen Elimake Innovations Metal Production Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise engaged in the development, production and sale of precision metal stamping parts and auto lathe parts. Located in New Development Zone, East District, Baishixia, Fuyong Town, Shenzhen, the company has fixed assets of RMB 5 million, the qualification for value-added tax taxpayer, independent standard workshops and building area of 2600 square meters.

Over 6 years of gradual development, the company has evolved into a large metal processing manufacturer that passed ISO9001-2000 certification in July of 2001. Today it employs 120 people. Its main production facilities includes 6 Taiwan 20T-160T high-speed punching machines, 36 homemade 10T-120T punching machines, 6 Taiwan precision auto lathers, 40 table punching machines and 8 tapping machines, thus guaranteeing complete production lines from pressing, lathe, punching to tapping and monthly output value of up to RMB 5 million. Besides, it has independently set up a mould-making workshop that is fully equipped with 1 SODIC slow wire cutting machine, 4 fast wire cutting machines, 2 lathes, 3 milling machines and 4 grinding machines, thereby boasting powerful mould-making capacities. Meanwhile, it has various advanced inspection instruments such as imported optical projector, micrometer, plug guage and vernier lalipers.  

The products developed and produced by Elimake Innovations are a variety range of precision metal stamping parts and auto lathe parts including communication precision terminals, mobile cell metal contact pieces, charger spring plate, automobile speaker enclosure, mechanism, plug, socket, electronic cooler, screw and nut. What's more, Elimake Innovations developed a new product, fast-EZ high-ribbed formwork, for building use in 2001. Soon after the development, the product has been put into mass production and sold well in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai and more.
