ENOCH SEMICONDUCTOR has had a long and rich history in the semiconductor assembly and test industry. Established originally as Korean Microsystems Inc., in 1970, We were a  subsidiary of American Microsystems Inc., until 1986. Since becoming an independent company, we have made great  strides in realizing our vision to become the world's premier specialist  in  both  assembly and test se-  rvices  in the power semiconductor market.  We consistently strive to maintain a high level of service  with respect to quality, pricing, delivery and overall  attention to our customers'  various needs.

And our ongoing Si
gma  Victory Project is institutionalizing a culture of continuo us improvement and efficient management in all aspects of our operations. Our engineering, manufacturing, and test know-how guarantee a stable stream of delivery of quality engineered products.  As of this writing, we assemble and test 70,000,000 units a month of the TO 220, TO-220 fullpack, TO-263, TO-247, TO-3P and TO-3P fullpack packages.  In addition, in close cooperation with one of our  customers we have developed the engineering and technical expertise to assemble and test devices using gallium arsenide chips, whose ultimate use are for high performance telecommunications equipment.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to
introduce the new name we have selected for our company,

ENOCH SEMICONDUCTOR. Enoch is  the biblical igure w
ho appears  f in Genesis 5:21, and who is known as the man who walked  with God. It is an eminently appropriate name for us as we believe that we have been blessed as we continue along our chosen path into the 21st century.
