The Group has focused its resources and expertise on developing consumer electronic products, particularly the colour television ("CTV"), and has successfully established a unique business platform, offering quality supply chain management services for the CTV and consumer electronics manufacturers. The Group supplies products in the form of Complete Knock Down (CKD), Semi Knock Down (SKD) or Complete Build Up (CBU) to its customers, which involved services such as design, development, procurement, quality control, assembling and logistics for their production of CTV and electronic products.
Merchandising Power
Currently, the Group has established close business relationship with over 300 domestic and overseas suppliers. Such an extensive procurement network enables the Group to source appropriate and quality raw materials and components worldwide at reasonable prices based on the different needs of customers, capitalizing on the specifications designed by the Group. Furthermore, the Group can collect orders placed by customers for bulk purchases to reduce its costs and obtain favorable payment and delivery terms.
Strong Logistics Capability
The warehouse of the Group located in Shanghai has a logistics capacity of 9 million kits per year. Moreover, a new ERP system is being implemented to further enhance logistics capability and internal control.
Assembling Strength
The Group has an assembly factory for CRT TV in Wuhu, An Hui Province, the PRC.
The Group has an assembly factory for LCD TV in Shanghai, the PRC. It introduced from NEC Nagano several assembly lines and specialists equipped with production technique and operation management skills. This factory is expected to assemble over 500, 000 kits per year during year 2006.

The Group established a good position in emerging markets such as China, India, Russia, Africa and South America. For developed markets, such as Europe, America and Japan, the Group supplies kits in CKD/SKD format with competitive prices and high technology for manufacturers and wholesalers.
The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of six hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment". The legislation will come into force on 1 July 2006 within the EU. The Group set up a team studying RoHS Directive to improve R&D and purchase systems. Currently, the Group is capable to deliver environmental products.
