* Digital temperature controller (italy 'Carel')
* Germany 'ebm' fan machine
* The inside there are C shape sliders, you can choose to put GN pans or shelf
* In the bottom, there is a 'drawer' to receive the water, and evaporater the water automatically.
* Thermal glass on glass door models.
