The headquarters of Jiangsu Nanhua Process Equipment Company (JNPEC) located in the neighborhood of the picturesque Xuanwu Lake, a tourist resort in the ancient city-Nanjing. JNPEC is an enterprise specialized in designing and manufacturing plate-fin heat exchangers and tube-fin heat exchangers with production capacity of several ten thousand sets per year. With its powerful design and manufacture techniques, our company is now capable of: 1) designing multi-stream plate-fin heat exchangers for both single and multi-phase flows by use of computer aided software PFECAD and 2) manufacturing high pressure heat exchangers with a wide variety of flow patterns including cross-flow, counter-flow, parallel-flow and multi-flow. Compared to traditional shell-and-tube exchangers, plate-fin heat exchangers or tube-fin heat exchangers made of brazed aluminum, stainless steel and titanium, etc. have superior heat transfer capability, less volume, lighter weight and low cost. Therefore it has been widely used in industries of air separation, petrochemical, aerospace, electronics, nuclear energy, missile, vehicle, shipping (turbine), power machines (such as air compressor, diesel and gasoline engines), machine tool (oil cooler), metallurgy, refrigeration, air conditioning, etc..
