Shanghai Unison Aluminium Products Co., Ltd is a joint venture of America Sunrise Group and Shanghai Guanghong Group, established in 1994. As one of the largest manufacturers of aluminum extruded profiles and aluminum products in the Shanghai area, we do $20 million in annual sales.
Supporting Shanghai's Landmarks:
We have two kinds of primary products: Aluminum profile, and motorcycle wheel rims. Our aluminum extrusion profiles have been supplied to some of the largest construction projects in mainland China. These include the Formula 1 race track, Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Jinmao Tower, the fifth tallest building in the world. We also work with Mitsubishi, Kodak and GE.
Our motorcycle aluminum rims are made by 7000 series high quality aluminum alloy, and covered different sizes from 1. 20 to 3. 50 wide and 10'' to 21'' dia, we can supply various types of rim including WM, WT, SII, SI, U. 3 types of it are our patent design. Most of our aluminum motorcycle rims are exported, because its high standard of quality. And few part of the rims also supply to some famous China mainland motorcycle manufacture such as Jinan Qingqi, Jialing motor, and so on.
Our 56, 000-square-meter Factory:
The Shanghai Unison Aluminium Products factory covers a total area of 56, 000 square meters, with standard workshops and office buildings occupying more than 25, 000 square meters. We are equipped with extrusion, powder coating, anodizing to handle your various demands.
We Have QC Tools Used By Industry Leaders
Our QC team utilizes advanced equipment that includes precision pH meters and metallographic microscopes. We use them to check the hardness, surface film thickness and other attributes of your aluminum products to ensure they are made to your specifications. Our merchandise conforms to ASTM, BC and DIN standards for smoother entry into your markets.
Our Export Markets
We also produce ladders, shower enclosures, scaffolds, exhibition and show racks. Custom projects are gladly accepted. Our primary markets are North America, Asia, Europe and Australia.
