he light carbon dioxide extinguisher cylinder production line is a part of "China ODS IV Project", established in March 2004 with anual output of 600,000 pieces. The total investment is RMB 137.5 million, including USD 6.05 million grant-in-aid of U.N. Fund organization and RMB 80 million supplied by Shandong Haihua Joint-Stock Co.,Ltd.

ction line were imported from Germany, Italy, Spain. At present, it is the most advanced automatization production line in China.

Adopting spinning-decreasing thickness technology, the cylinder is made of alloy seamless steel tubes. According to
all kinds of standards, the light carbon dioxide extinguisher cylinders and high pressure seamless cylinders can be produced.
