Ark Nature Nutrients

Ark Natural Nutrients (as below called ANN for short), founded in 2003 as a Phyto-chemical division of ARK PHA. LTD, newly established with good reputation as a depended manufacturer and supplier of herb extract as well as herb based nutrients. The plant occupies 13000 square meters area, acquired GMP certificate. Annual production capacity is up to 500mt of herb extract powder, 100mt of granule and other type of food supplements. All the products are Kosher certificated. At present, we are working on the international IP certificate.

The GAP planting basement that covers an area about 3000 acres in Qin Mountains provides a sufficient raw material such as astragalus, gynostemma pentahyllum, epimedium and so on. In addition, we established global raw material procurement network covered Africa, Europe and USA to ensure the on-time and efficient supply of raw material. Meanwhile, we have a warehouse to stock 2000mt raw material one time. All this is the first step of quality controlling.

We carry GMP into execution of the full-scale production and strictly implement quality control with the advanced technology.

The workshops and equipments are strictly designed according to GMP standard. Extracting product-line contain 10 extracting vessels, with a annual capacity of 500 MT. Finished product-lines such as capsule-filling, tablet-pressing, granule-manufacturing can meet the demand of 100 MT per year. The facilities for refining, spraying dry and packing are kept operating under the good-controlling condition.

The lab is equipped with advanced facilities and instruments, for example, HPLC, UV, AS etc. By now, our technical stuffs have worked out more than 60 kinds of herbal extract related standards, which are approved by the national authority organism in this field.
