Every year, we manufactu
re about 3,000 tons of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products. We possess more than 10 imported CNC processing centers, over 20 CNC lathes, more than 10 aluminum and zinc alloy moulding machines and vacuum die casting machines with different tonnage ranging from 160T to 900T, over 30 different types of high precision lathes and digital machines such as electric discharge machines, electrical wire-cutting machines, etc, as well as various advanced measuring tools and inspection equipments including three dimensional measuring instruments, universal tensile force testers, spectrum analyzers, salt fog testers, aluminum alloy & zinc alloy analyzers, oscillation testers, roughness measuring instruments, sclerometers, microscopes and etc. We are capable of providing automobile moulds and fittings, motorcycle moulds, plastic moulds, plastic injection machine fittings, and precision finishing service for aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products, as well as best after-service.
