Zhongshan Yaosheng Mould Company is specialized in manufacturing and designing plastic mould for various industries including household electrical appliance and electronics. It covers around 10 thousand square meters, the company has more than 200 employees, of which 26% are engineers.

Moreover, the company possesses modern workshops and 50
state of the art equipments, advanced computer control software and product development & designing software, as well as the perfect inspection instrument, the 65 shot moulding machines which ranges from 80T to 1000T, and generates an annual output of 2 thousand sets of plastic mould.

In 2002, the company passed the test as Large -scale Project for Technical Reform of
Precision Mould in Zhongshan City, in 2003, the company invested lots of money to purchase a batch of designing software such as solidworks, powermill, Consmos, Mouldex and so on. Being the training base for moulding of South China University of Technology, the company has made the project research of the technique reform of CAD/CAE/CAM, together with Industrial Training Center of South China University of Technology; CAEanalysis was also carried through with the application of COSMOS and Moldex 3D under Solidworks 2005.
