In 1998, with approval by State Foreign Trade Cooperation Department, it acquired the qualification to run business of foreign trade, which enables it to carry out self-operated and surrogated imports.

As a member enterprise of the group, enjoying existing commodities for domestic trading and business advantages, Zhejiang Mingri International Trade Co., Ltd. Deals in imports of outdoor articles, baby products, plastic and discarded paper, etc., and exports of garments, fabric, fitness gears, electrical/ mechanical equipment etc. In 2003, a total volume from import/export of more than 60 million USD was achieved, additionally, it was rewarded as progressive organization in export drawback and import/export write-off by Zhejiang Province Economy & Trade Committee and Zhejiang Branch of State Foreign Exchange Administration.
