SEI was founded by a group of highly professional individuals. All of our staff members have strong international experiences. Our professionals and business partners have broad experiences in the areas of IT development and implementation, financial services, trading and investments.

The primary goal of SEI is to facilitate the exchange of products and services, information and capital between China, North America and West Africa.
