Kovas Co., Ltd. based in south Korea has dedicated its efforts to developing & manufacturing innovative cosmetic and pharmaceutical patch / pre-moistened products since 1998. In the late of 1999, by applying TDS (Transdermal Delivery System) concept, which has been developed in the pharmaceutical products for years, into cosmetic products, we also were successful in developing product Hydro Gel Patch range.
