d was found 1.10.1991 as a result of privatisation of Ciechanow Poultry Plant. The management of company includes founders of the company. The deep modernisation and the modern managing methods gave a huge result. In December 1996 CEDROB Ltd was changed into Joint Stock Company and in next became Polish - American Company with Hudson foods L.C. In May’97 CEDROB’s proprietors became of the owners of Niepolomice Poultry Plant located near to Cracov (UEE approve PL-512-IW).
