FacilAsia is a high tech online foreign trade company designed to narrow the gap between many foreign companies�aspirations to trade in China and the many Chinese manufacturers who both do not have the capability to contact each other. The basic foundation of our company is to alleviate the stress and accentuate the security of whole sale trading in China, which will benefit both Vendor and Purchaser.
The difference between FacilAsia and other B2B websites, intermediaries and agents is our customer service. There are many websites that provide vendor contacts, but it is up to the purchaser to contact the vendor and arrange pricing and shipment. Unfortunately, from surveys and questions posed to our clients, there is a lot of “distrust�in these transactions. Whether this “distrust�is warranted is not the issue. The simple truth is, “distrust�exists, and we must deal with this fact. Language barriers, concerns from both vendor and purchaser alike with respect to the quality of the goods, payment difficulty, etc., are examples of “distrust.�This is where FacilAsia comes in. We have many different ways to offset these concerns.
