It designed 5  production lines  with an expectant output of 15,000 tons and three of them now have been put into  production, of which one is 5 ton-electric-furnace and the others are 3 ton-electric- furnace. The company has microcomputer automatization management system and the whole-hydraulic-control hard casting tools system. - Al2O3 blocks and AZS33#-Y,AZS36#-Y,AZS41#-Y blocks, and the ?-?Al2O3 blocks is used for the CRT oxygen- furnace in the second phase of Xinyi of Ancai group cosmically, which Complies with the trend of high performance, longevity and ood erosion resisting of domestic and foreign fused-cast refractory industry.
