Gayer Cap Industrial Co., Ltd., developing from Heshan Lanny (Knit) Products Manufacturing Factory, is located in the pearl river triangle of Guangdong, China, which is near to Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao. We have been more and more stronger and better since the factory was established in 1998.

We have about 3500 square meters buildings and over 200 employees. The force of production keeps stable and has rich experience. Strict measures are always taken in production process to improve the quality of our products steadily.

Our factory possesses all necessory equipments including computerized knitting machines, sewing machines, pressing machines, stitching inspectors, wood and aluminium shapers, electric irons and so on. We have strong technical capability in development and reasonable working procedures in production. All working processes are completely done by ourselves.

This company specializes in producing all kinds of knitted beanies, caps and hats as well as knitted scarves, gloves and bags for supplement. Our production capacity is 1.8 million pcs per year at present. All products are available in different patterns for summer and wintter selection. The main raw materials are cotton, acrylic and polyester in summer, while wool, angora, felt and fleece in winter. Our major market is overseas. 90% of all products are exported to America, Europe, Japan and the Middle East.
