SUNCHING MFG CO LTD is a marketing office of its mother company DA CHANG INDUSTRIES. Founded in 1989, DA CHANG is specializing in production of various kind of plastic, metal and electronic relative product. We have a well-equipped factory located in Dongguan with area over 400, 000sq. ft, and we employed more than 400 worker, we are well divided into different department so as to strengthen the efficiency of production, nevertheless, we continuously invest capital which make us to be more competitive.

With over 10 years of improving and upgrading our skills and service, we obtained the recognition for the high quality production from our client including THE SHARPER IMAGE, THE FEDERATED, AQUA LEISURE from the States, and Carrefour, Antalis from Europe etc.

We have been supplying ELECTRIC SCOOTER &BOTTLE OPERNER to The Sharper Image, SNORKELLER TO Aqua Leisure, WATER SCOOTER to Carrefour; BOTTLE OPENER to Federated syndicated Buyers since 2000.

Besides producing to our customer's design, we also have our own product collection such as HAIR CLIPPER, BATHTUB CLEANER, and MOTORIZED WATER SPORTS SERIES to meet various customers' needs of which being sold worldwide. We can also design new products to meet customers' requirements.

FACILITY&QUALITY CONTROL
We have an assembly workshop with floor area of 35, 000sq. ft and 4 production lines with conveyor belt that provide a spacious production environment. We strongly believe that a factory can only survive and grow with quality products. We have maintained a team of well-educated QC technicians headed by experienced staff to carry our very comprehensive QC program covering from incoming material to final inspection for our products.

A. TOOLING AND INJECTION WORKSHOP
Our tooling workshop are well equipped with various models of OKUMA ANA ASIA CNC center, SODICK wire-cutting &EDM machine together with a team of experienced worker from Hongkong and mainland China, this enable our tooling workshop to deliver quality plastic tools in shortest time. In house injection moulding workshop equipped with a wide range injection-moulding machine, together with our experienced and skillful workers, we are able to supply a wide range of plastic product in different size at competitive price.

B. METAL WORKSHOP
Our metal Workshop are equipped with more than 60 pressing machine ranging from 60 ton to 100 ton, our in house tooling workshop ensure that all the tools in use are maintain properly and hence much assure our product's quality
