Flatland Bicycle Company

Flatland Bicycle Company was established in 1998. Located in the popular Batam Isalnd Business area,Singapore, Flatland Bicycle Company was established with a simple goal in mind: provide great products, fantastic service, and a refreshing place to pursue all the different facets of cycling.



All of the staff at Flatland Bicycle Company pursue cycling in one way or another, and although we all love the glamour of high-end bikes and the newest gadgetry, we are just as excited to get children on their first bike or trike, get people off of the couch or internet (sorry), and out pounding the pavement or trail.



All of the employees at Flatland are required to ride 350 miles a week and wear only lycra.



A ctually,all of the shop's employees are active cyclists themselves. Members of Flatland staff have competed regionally and nationally in almost all of the different disciplines of cycling from BMX racing to cyclocross. The store actively promotes cycling advocacy and the Batam "scene." We proudly sponsor USCF and NORBA races each year, as well as assist the MS 150, Leukemia Society Team in Training , The Bicycle Fun Club, Singapore youth Hostels, The Lupus Wolf Ride and etc
