Nantong Wenfeng Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd is honored as one of the three super-large county enterprises by the Ministry of Agriculture of PRC, and one of the hundred trial groups approved by State Council. Since the establishment in 1993, our company has introduced advanced Nylon 6 filament spinning and weaving equipment from Germany, Italy, Japan, and Switzerland. We have developed into a super-large chemical fiber production enterprise in China with annual capacity of 200, 000MT of PET chip, 100, 000MT of yarn, 150, 000MT of staple fiber and 300, 000, 000m of cloth.

All of these make our administration system more scientific, systematic and standard. Our products cover FDY, DTY, HOY and POY, including semi-dull, bright, fine diner, colored, CDP, flame retard Nylon 6 filament yarns in the range of 33-330dtex. Among these, HOY represents the trend of development in filament production technology, and it is easy dyeing, low-shrinkage and soft. Our company holds 2, 000 ZW high speed water-jet looms from Tsudakoma to produce polyester taffeta, oxford, pongee and umbrella cloth. <

With superior processing, our Nylon 6 staple fiber is produced directly from Nylon 6, with twice draw and set, multi-ap
erture spun and cooled from central to outside, which ensure the perfect quality. Now we mainly produce 0. 89dtex, 1. 33dtex and 1. 56detx including cotton type, fur type, middle-length type and high-tenacity cotton type. We own 4, 000 ZW high speed water-jet looms from Tsudakoma to produce taffeta, oxford cloth and pongee cloth.
