Green Life Co., Ltd., a member of EMS Inc. Group, developed, and manufactures Green Life Heating Film, to be termed as GLHF, which is a new concept of 3 Dimensional Radiant Heating System as a fruit of national R&D projects that carried out from 1996 to 2004 by Korea Institute of Energy Research. This product is also accredited as a NeP for its novelty and excellence by the Ministry of Industry and Energy Resources last year.
GLHF consists of a semi-conductive graphite b
ase medium coated on PE film, copper electronics that are fixed to the longitudinal edges of heating generator, and is totally laminated by PE film for electric insulation and moisture barrier. The heating mechanism of GLHF is based on a resistive film providing heat uniformly over the black surface areas.
The merits of GLHF are the temperature distribution area and feeling
of comfort compare to other heating films. Our film that generates heat on full surface of film has more even temperature distribution than others that generate heat on just stripe surface, and provides a gentle heat that uniformly warms the whole space.
The FIR emission rate of GLHF records over 91%, the highest value of the films that are produced in Korea. The test resu
lts, was performed under the supervision of KICET, including electrical traits, temperature distribution, surface resistance, withstanding voltage, electrical insulation and wet-proof closely connected with durability also shows that GLHF is suitable for general use.
