Pingyuan Machine Factory

Pingyuan Machinery Factory belongs to AVIC, which is one of the largest enterprise in the filter industry in china. The factory was set up in 1939 and turned to aviation industry in 1953. Currently there are more than 3800 staff in the factory, including 1060 professional technology personnel in which there are 108 personnel with senior technical title.

The factory has more than 1500 sets of various machine equipments, among which there are more than 600 sets of the metal-cutting equipments. The factory covers the area of 348, 500 square meters, with fixed assets RMB 690, 000, 000. it has 18 subsidiary companies including Military Product Company, Pingyuan Filter Co., Ltd., Yellow River Forestry Incorporated Company and so on. This factory is located in the center of china, on the north of Zhengzhou which is the capital of Henan province so that the transportation is very convenient.

This factory is a professional plant which is exclusively engaged in the researches and manufacture of aerospace aircraft fluid airborne equipments. we hold many subsidiaries such as Aero-Fluid Control Technology Research Institute, Civil Aviation Research Department, Machine Process, Heat and Surface Treatment, Rubber and Plastic, Forging and Casting, Filter Element Produce and Tool Manufacture and so on, and has possession of a testing center exclusively doing test about the reliability of the aviation accessory product and environment. We have the strong capability in the design, develop, research, experiment and the after-sales service.

As the inferiority of the factory, The Filtration & Separation Machinery Quality Monitoring Center of AVIC assume the duties to test and supervise the quality of Chinese aviation industry filter and separate-machinery product, which has been assessed as the qualified state sole laboratory for calibrating and measuring by China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories (CNACL) and China State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (CSBQTS), and obtained CMA marking as a aviation particle measurement institution, being responsible for the measurement calibrating and technique arbitration of airplane fluid system contamination test apparatus.
