As we realize
d that quality product should be the prior factor for us to achieve we have continued to develop our employees' technique and skill in PCB manufacturing field through refreshing training courses and have up-graded our manufacturing equipment and many of modern equipment, all with the aim of improving product quality and meeting customers' requirements. As the result of our endless effort, our capability to produce PCB has come to allow various range of PCBs from double-sided up to 22-layer board in some particular boards. Nowadays modern electronic products are required its size and weight more and more compact and light, that should be accompanied by high density and high-tech PCBs. Since 1997 we have been supplying 7.5 million boards of ultra-thin PCB (2-layer : 0.2mm thickness, 4-layer : 0.4mm thickness) per annum for SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd. and at present our product range includes many different type of board such as Module PCB, Voltage Controlled Oscillator Board, Impedance Controlled Board, Ball Grid Array Board and Burn-In Board according to our customers' needs.
Finally we would like to say that we are very
much proud of our Quality System. From raw material to final product each of process we made is to be under control by quality check system for producing "Zero-Fault Product". Confidence test procedure for raw material as well as on-production auditing ststem is regularly carried out by our well-trained staff and before being packaged all of PCBs produced are to be loaded on Bare Board Tester so as not to allow any of faulty board.
