Photoluminescent pigment or luminescent pigment or luminous pigment or long afterglow pigment, even glow Powder or glow in the dark powder Pigment as it is sometimes called, which is the raw material as special additive used in the manufacture of all glow in the dark products. We carry the full range of glow in the dark powder pigments. This range is divided into different grades according to glowing brightness and particle size, length of afterglow and color of afterglow. The range starts from the lowest grade, to the highest grade, which can glow for more than 30 hours. There are no higher grades than this in the world.
This glow in the dark powder pigment works by absorbing and releasing light energy in a continuous
cycle. When the surrounding is bright, it absorbs light energy and the glow in the dark Powder pigment can be re-charged many times over just by exposing it to any light source, preferably those with Ultra Violet rays like sunlight or UV light (black lights). The glow in the dark Powder pigment has a shelf life of more than 10 years.
