PROCEDURES:

(1) Buyer submits letter of Intent after seller issue soft FCO

(2) Seller issue draft contract to buyer.

(3) Buyer returns to seller by email the signed Contract Agreement

(4) Seller signs the contract and sends copies by email or fax back to buyer.

(5) Buyer must issue UNCODITIONAL BG as means of payment for delivery.

(6) The intermediary financier received Buyer BG and shipment commence.
