Community Chair Land Co. is a manufacturer of office furniture, with production specialized in chairs. Ergonomic, multi-functional, and stylish designs have already earned the company a reputation for excellence in markets as diverse as China, Africa, and the Middle East, where it successfully participated in recent trade shows. Despite being established since only 2000, the company has flourished under the guidance of its president, who has over ten years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. Community Chair Land Co. is a
privately owned sole proprietorship with registered capital of US$250,000. The company has invested a further USD$350,000 in its plant and headquarters, located near Seoul, where it employs a staff of 12, including 8 production engineers. Exports to Africa and Southeast Asia account for some 30 percent of total annual revenues, which stand at around the US$1 million mark.
