Ningbo Hiashu Thermal Bimetal Components Factory was established in June of 1984. It is the earliest and the largest enterprise in China, which is engaged in research and production of different kinds of thermal bimetal disk and bar-shaped components as well as thermal protectors and thermostats for various purposes. In 1994, the factory imported the world advanced CLICKQUICK automatic production equipment from Austria, with which the factory realized automation in the serial processing and operations of blanking, shaping and testing. Thus the production of thermal bimetal components has reached the advanced world standard. The annual output of various thermal bimetal components with high precision may reach 56 million pieces, the stability and synchronism of which are up to or even exceed the advanced world standard. The service life of the products is above 100,000 times. (The products are widely applied in the fields of home appliances, medical care, automobile, machinery, aviation and aerospace.) In the meanwhile, the factory developed tape synchronous motors, defrosting timers, indoor air-conditioner thermostats and motor driving valves, etc.
