China Liaoning Orient Petrochemical Co., Ltd., whose predecessor was the biggest trading enterprise of China Liaoning in the field of petrochemical industry, was transformed to an organization mixed with research, manufacturing and trading. Head office locates in Shenyang City, the economic and industrial center of Northeast China.
