I the buyer will describe the product he wants to buy, the total quantity, the desired shipping schedule, the port of destination, specifications of the product, The REALISTIC target price, how he intends to pay for the product, banks name and copy of Corporate Registration if available.



To begin a transaction, an LOI is sufficient, a potential transaction ca
n be greatly expedited if the buyer will include Proof of Funds with his LOI such as a BCL (Bank Capability Letter) from his bank.



Buyer will not get a Contract or FCO without Proof Of Financial Capability.
