In 1987, Yuyu completed the reconstruction of Anyang plant with the KGMP
( Korea Good Manufactu
ring Practice) standard, which was originally established in 1957.

Yuyu's establishment of the Central Research Insti
tute in 1989 has accelerated the new drug research and development with particular concentration in aging-related diseases such as stroke, dementia and osteoporosis with world-wide research center such as W.A.R.F.(Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation) and various strategic alliance with many manufacturers.

Furthermore, for business diversification, Yuyu organized a Hea
lth Foods Division and newly formed a special task team for cosmetics and medical equipments. In line with the globalization of 21 century, Yuyu is actively engaged in export to international markets as well as the strategic alliances.
