Fujian Dehua Huaxia Ceramics Co., Ltd.

Our first factory -- Fujian Dehua Huaxia Ceramics Co., Ltd. is family held and was founded in 1987 by the president Mr. Toka Liu, who started out making high temperature porcelain (new bone china) cups for our Japanese customer. From there it has grown up with a wide manufacturing range of porcelain, stoneware, ceramic, earthenware and dolomite.

This factory is handling the ceramic production from the very beginning process of grinding minerals for formulating various ceramic clays and color glazes, to the final firing with decals decoration:

- Raw materials preparation: we formulate clay & color glazes by ourselves;
- Molds & shaping: slip casting, injection, jiggering/ roller, ram press die;
- Decorating: hand painting (& dipping, spraying, etc.), direct print - screen printing & pad printing, decals application;
- Firing: bisque/ colors glazed/ decals firing.
