Before we begin mass production, we manufacture five units, which are then put through a 48-hour aging test. Every unit must pass in order for mass production to begin. During volume manufacturing, we check all semi-finished products, conduct a 4- to 6-hour aging test at 60 degrees Celsius for all finished products, and then complete another final 100% inspection before packing.

Advanced testing equipment is sourced from Hitachi and Leader. ICs and LCD panels are procured from leading suppliers overseas. Our products are CE- and FCC-certified.
