Established in 1965, Heartman Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacture and export of marine diesel injection components and systems. Our product line includes nozzle tips, plungers, and delivery valves. We also develop and supply injection bodies, fuel pumps, and exhaust inhalation cams for medium-sized diesel engines.

We are producing nozzle tips made of CRN 18 special steel.
Rough surface generated while processing injecting hole an
d internal oil pocket part is ground by electrolytic machine.
This makes oil flow smooth. We are also conducting ion nitrog
en process in order to enhance the strength of surface.
This improves the effectiveness of wear proof and extend life span
of nozzle tips.
