Established in 1993, Ningbo Yin Fa Green Food Co., Ltd is located in Qiu'ai Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo. With the reputation of China Pickled Vegetable Hometown, Qiu'ai Town has the traditional special product -leaf mustard, the main raw materials of Yin Fa's products.

The history of pickled vegetables in Qiu'ai Town lasts more than 100 years. On the basis of leaf mustard, the salted vegetable products have the following characteristics: the first is tasty with bright yellow color; the second is crispy without stalk; the third is suitable for different cooking methods such as frying, boiling, baking, steaming and stirring whether in the form of soup additive or stuffing. As a result, the salted vegetable is also called Qiu'ai Salted Chicken. Especially, the salted vegetable is the indispensable food additive to the fatty dishes such as fish and meat. Yellow-fin tuna with salted vegetable and small fish with salted vegetable juice, for example, is the local famous dishes of Ningbo city.
