PKG business is the project of developing and assembling semiconductor packages and LEDs that we have promoted.  PKG products that protect semiconductor chips from outer shock and give electronic signal to the chips and raise the value of the products can be produced in mass quantity at low price by utilizing the New LACP technology for which MEDIANA Electronics has patent. We thus provide solutions to the PKG industry.

Also, MEDIANA Electronics has entered
the industry of producing LEDs that convert electronic signals into infrared ray or light and exchange signals by utilizing chemical composite semiconductor and has maximized our profits.

The items produced in the semiconductor PKG industry are
MMIC, PA Module, Saw Filter,
MEDIANA Electronics is providing core parts for wireless communication industry ranging from
simple manufacturing to proprietary brand production based on the PKG technology.

EMS(Electronics  Manufact
uring Service) is the assembly service for all the electronic and communication parts and products. The items produced in EMS are PDA, GPS, Mobile Phone,
Battery Pack, and LCD Folder/Module.

MEDIANA Electronics is expanding the production a
rea from mobile telephone parts for Sewon/Maxon to the EMS projects promoted by other customers and the government.
