Rather than die-cast and welded, our blades are hot drop forged from single blanks of surgical steel, rubber-stone finished and elegantly designed. All of our products have tapered blades and all stainless steel surface blocks for better performance. Our well-designed knives also come with internal blade holders, edge protectors, anti-slide feet and ventilators for safety. Aside from knives, we also supply solid rubberwood knife blocks and stainless steel surface blocks.
We are also the first Taiwanese company producing forged knives in mainland China. Buyers from Solingen, Germany, UK and the USA look to us to supply them with professional kitchen knives and blocks for the high-end market. Our monthly capacity is 3 million units, enabled by our 5 production lines.
