Bearing, which is the kernel part deciding the performances and quality of the advanced industrial products such as various type soft machine, automobile, ship, and aero plane is the fundamental industry of the country as the capital & technology intensive equipment industry of the developed country which is the root of the national defense industry and capital industry. Specially, it's imported more than 60 percents as one of items by the unfavorable balance of trade in Korea.

In order to be the base in weak domestic bearing industry, the Kuhyang co., ltd established in 1990 has held the fa
cility and testing equipments at the maximum scale of the Korea by commencing to develop the main parts of bearing, various types of retainer and shield. It has localized the bearing parts, and exported it to leaders in bearing industry, the S.K.F in Sweden and the KOYO in Japan. Also, it has held 8 cases related to bearing in domestic & overseas countries and applied for a patent for 2 cases.

It's appointed as the promising small business by the Small-and-Medium Business Promotion Cooperation
in January, 1997 and also by the Provincial office of Gyeonggi in February in1997. It has obtained the ISO 9002 certificate by the D.N.V, Det Norse Verities in July, 1998, appointed as the venture company by the Small-and-Medium Business Administration in October, 1998. In addition, its appointed as the promising foreign exporter by the Small-and-Medium Business Promotion Cooperation in March, 1999, and obtained the NT-mark for the manufacturing method of retainer for bearing applying the piercing method with the mold-release blacking molding. Like these results, our all family of the Kuhyang is confident that it's the future-oriented enterprise.
