Ningbo Huacai Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of refrigeration appliances. So far, it has formed a production line of over 10 types and 3 series of refrigerators, wine box and exhibit cabinet. We have collected a large group of young and experienced professional technicians to provide powerful technical guarantees on development of new products and quality assurance. The production flow line newly designed and built by our own lifts productivity of refrigerators to 400, 000 sets annually. Our company organizes production strictly according to IS09001quality standard system and forms a complete set of quality assurance system, and some of our products passed certifications of CE and GS.

Ningbo Huali Electric Appliances Factory has over two decades production experiences of injection moulding, more than 20 sets of injectors of all kinds under 8000g and annual processing capacity of plastics up to 6000 tons. At the same time, our factory owns a production line of washing machines with annual capacity up to 200, 000 sets. Relying on advantages of plastic die development and injection producing process and nearly a decade`s production experience of washing machines, we are able to put forward favorite products of customers and export to many countries. On aspect of injection processing, we are able to supply plastic fittings of novel patterns to different manufacturers. At present, our key injection products are plastic crusts of air-conditioners, automobile lamps and plastics of electric bikes. Of which, our capacity of plastic crust assembly of air-conditioner has been up to 600, 000 suits annually. Our main customers are Zhigao, Korean Modern, Aukes and Yingyan etc.
