Bokang Group was established in 1998, with headquarters in Xi??an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (Western Silicon Valley in China). It is one of the domestically largest groups engaging in industry and special fire control security system. It has focused mainly upon the R&D, production, sales and technical service of industrial fire alarm and control system, civil fire alarm and control system, industry and civil combustible gas alarm system, special detectors such as gas and foam extinguishing device, IR (UV) serial flame detector, single-ended reflected type beam smoke, very early smoke detector. Meanwhile, it has also been engaged in general contracting of construction projects of special fire alarm and control system, gas fire extinguishing system, high, middle and low times of foam fire extinguishing system, water automatic fire extinguishing system as well as in the installation and maintenance of low-voltage system integration, offering the advanced, reliable and economical solutions for petrochemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, tobacco and wine as well as for traffic, venues and national defense. It has three subsidiaries with independent legal persons, such as Xi'an Bokang Electronics Co., Ltd., Xi'an Bokang Fire Control Sci & Tech Development Co., Ltd. (engineering company), and Shaanxi Bokang Fire Prevention Device Co., Ltd. In addition, Bokang Group has set up a R&D Center and a Detector cleaning and Maintenance Center.

In view of its advanced technologies, modernized management and high-quality products, Bokang Group has taken the lead among the same trade, passing ISO9001 quality system certification and national compulsory product certification (3C certification). The R&D Center has a batch of highly specialized personnel, obtaining plentiful achievements. Especially the explosion proof three-band infrared flame detector with independent intellectual property right (IPR) has been the first one domestically and taken the lead internationally. In 2005, Bokang Group obtained national certificate for key new products. The very early smoke detector with independent IPR has filled domestic blank, and single-ended reflrcted type beam smoke detector has taken the lead with its distinctive anti-interference technology and long-distance detection performance. The unique full-bus industrial fire control warning system, with its special anti-explosion technology, has been popular with designers and constructors.

The Detector cleaning and Maintenance Center, which was established earlier in China, has undertaken washing various detectors at home and abroad, featuring complete devices and powerful capability.
