Kumho HT Autonix Corp. is a manufacturer specializing in miniature lamps for automobiles. It is a subsidiary company of Kumho Electric Inc., which was established in 1988 under the joint investment of  Kumho Electric Inc. and Japanese Harison Toshiba Lighting Corp.


This company has kept up with the rapid development of Korean
automobile industry by enhancing its quality and developing new technologies continuously and emerged as a leader in automobile lighting sector. It dominates more than 90% of Korean automobile lighting market (dashboard, turn signal, interior illumination etc.). In addition, its high quality lamps are recognized in the world so that they are applied to export cars and newly released cars.


In order to meet the rapidly changing market demands, based on the market reliability, the company has
turned into a future-oriented organization by raising human resources, developing new technology, and introducing advanced technology and investments. For more value creation, the company began selling specific lighting product of cold cathode fluorescent lamp and tries to expand its business to LED sector. Recently, Kumdong Lamp Co Ltd.,(OEM) has been renamed as Kumho HT Autonix Corp. for the purpose of
providing car owners with satisfactory services and high quality goods by expanding its business into A/S market.
